Good O coaches effectively utilize RBs and TEs in the passing game, and he definitely does that.  His RB was #1 in yards per carry last year as well.  He's a stud.

From who? So far Shula is the only one who has received a request. 
 

Shula is running a defense and calling plays. The Rams offensive playcalling is being handled by the head coach. LaFleur and Scheelhaase are going to be offered jobs as a playcalling OC next year, not head coaching gigs.

Cuts the field in half or smaller too often, simplifies reads, more rigid in progression and limits presnap audibles/protection changes/ etc.

 

The idea was that cam is great at presnap stuff and reads a full field. So taking those tools away from him is not ideal.

The only offense I can think of that actually asks the QB to read full field and do a ton of pre snap stuff is Cincinnati

My thoughts regarding Harbaugh:

 

It cannot be overstated how well he did while dealing with Lamar Jackson at QB. Jackson is a Miami kid and one of the dumbest recruiting decisions we ever made was not offering a scholarship so I like the player. But he’s got limitations to his game and it’s because he doesn’t process well. Harbaugh is an excellent coach and got more out of him than I ever could have imagined. Lamar is also very difficult to manage off the field. He is not a character concern, but he’s extremely immature. 
 

He would be in heaven with Ward. And I think with him watching tape on him, there is interest in coming here.

Lamar is an absolute excellent processor. This is a fact and not disputed
