Stefanski to the ravens makes sense also can get revenge on the browns

Stefanski to the ravens and harbaugh to the browns.  Stefanski will coach the team for 2 decades and harbaugh will be fired in 3 years

My thoughts.   I post infrequently nowadays but do want to do so tonight.  I have vacillated with each new entry into the HC/OC sweepstakes.  I studied what I could with available data on ea

FWIW on F Words Zach Lyons just said he heard the interview between McDaniel and the Titans went “very well”.

I personally believe the best NFL Coaches are of the CEO type. Those who oversee all operations but dont necessarily specialize on either side of the ball. They are able to manage coaches, provide direction and motivation, and excel at situational football.

I dont need a schematics guru.. let that be your coordinator

Nah I’ll take McVay or Shanahan.

I dont think Harbaugh is dumb enough to go to the Browns.

Wouldnt doubt one bit if the Steelers fired Tomlin after their first round loss and pursued Harbaugh haha.

The day the Steelers part ways with Tomlin you can gurantee that they won't replace him with a coach in his 60s it will for sure be a 40 years or younger up and comer

NFL history shows its the CEO types who have the most success. I think only Reid and McVay as the only true scheme heavy/specialized head coaches to win a SB in recent history.. maybe Arians although its pretty well documented that Brady was the director of that offense

Billicheck had his own defense and ran that himself...

I think you are just imagining guys from the 80's and before.

Currently at 8 interviews if you include McCoy.

Media has indicated around 12 for the first round. Hafley, Shula, Saleh, and McCarthy?

No McCarthy. Campanile.

Reading between the lines in Borgonzi's presser, he would like an experienced coach with a strong personality to immediately demand respect from players, that has to the ability to put together a strong staff and has a plan for the young players on the team.

Its funny because the guy he wants is pretty much Vrabel.

That said, if it weren't for the experience factor I do think a guy like Burke from Houston would be high on the list. Im surprised we're not hearing more of Saleh as he fits a lot of the qualities. Harbaugh and Joseph fit the criteria and make sense as well

Austin Stanley brought up a very good point. Mike Borgonzi has a lot of good will with Titans fans, he’s the only FO member or coach that does. On that basis, Stanley says he can’t hire Nagy or he destroys that credibility as there is no way fans don’t think it was a sham process.

My personal take, I think it ends up being Stefanski, Joseph, or one of the young DC’s paired with Nagy as OC
