Honestly, lf he lasts til their next pick, he would be a good pick for the Lions whose offense relies on on ontime throws and play action. His arm strength isn't as bad as a lot of people are saying, but he doesn't have Goff's cannon of an arm, but he's way more mobile. It would free up Hooker to get some of the draft capital back from picking him.

Agree.  I’d add that he’s probably a best fit for dome teams and the lions play 9 games indoors where his arm strength isn’t that important.

Best player available: Shedeur Sanders

They clearly muzzled Kiper and told him to STFU

I think Green's red flags may be overblown.  My understanding is for several months he hasn't raped ANYONE

I think this means they are focused on WR and think they can pick up a 3rd and still be in position to get Kyle Williams.  Otherwise there's no reason to move and lose out on the pass rushers.

We need to build a foundation of young players. The more lottery tickets the better.

They might be trading away from Williams as well.

I think they just want picks or it’s a small enough move down where they think they can still get their guy and more currency.

Picking up a pick in the 3rd generally assumes they will be trading down toward the middle of the round and lower.

I like Nick Emmanwori too. He's not spectacular steal necessarily, he's probably a 2nd round properly rated guy but he's got special traits.

I also think this front office values the safety position a little more than most teams

They key with him imo is to just stick his ass at saftey and be done with it. Im tired of watching teams ruin these 6'2 220+ pound safties because they think they can use them at every position on defense but defensive line.

Give him a job and let him learn it. He gets great at that then put more shit on his reading list and see how much stuff he can do.
