Look idiot.  A player siting on the bench w/10 yards in a playoff game reading a book because he's a diva--is not better than a player w/ 180yds and two TDs.

Salaries are different jackass.  You shud get thrown off the site for stupidity.

There’s something hilarious about butter knife trying to take the high ground on intellect while misspelling words and using horrible grammar.

Tards are going to tard 😂😂

Shit, if only I could be alpha like Righteous.

Vrabel magically turned into a good coach the week Tannehill stepped in as the starter. The team was 2-4 before that. Vrabel had a losing record before that.    Anyone that watched camp and

Uh, the Titans were 6-18 in Vrabel's last 24 games   The decline started before Callahan got here

Jackass Bud.  I see how quick you ran away from that AJB better than Henry bullshit.

Come on, break it down why AJB is soooo much more valuable than the FHOF RB, who is now a lock HOF player.  Break it down for us.

Top Half definitely is designed to mitigate praise....I'd argue 2019/2020 he was top 5.  2021/2022 he gets too much grief but he probably was top 12 when you look at the shitty OL play and all of the injuries to skill guys (2021 particularly).

As for the runners, I get the point and that's where I blame Vrabel for being obtuse.  It didn't help anyone and only worked against bad teams and for a blip when their OL was at its  gpeak in the 2019 playoff run.

I'll admit that.. But because that's who I believe he was rather than to insult.

I don't think he's was ever truly top 5,  I think he produced that way for about 18 games with 2 future HOF skill players around him.

Top 5 to me means he's almost scheme agnostic (outside of heavy run option) and a playoff hero. I don't see that with him.

Still the best QB we've had since McNair.

It has less to do with his skill players (which were fine in Miami), and more due to him playing with a good OL for the first and only time in his entire career

Check out PFF's annual OL rankings when he was in Miami- they were bottom 10, usually bottom 5 every single year.  And that's eventually where the Titans' OL ended up during the last few years of his tenure.

Just look at the difference between QB efficiency in a clean pocket vs under pressure for all QBs, and you'll be able to come to the correct conclusion about his career.

I think you need to go check those sack % again....
Per drop back he was sacked more here than in Miami.  The total numbers and yardage lost were less because he threw the ball significantly less.

Essentially we protected the QB by not throwing a ton.... not by actual protection.

Just for his most productive 3 years though....

yes he had his best year here in 2020. But 2019 was putrid for sacks and 2021 was worse than his career average. Both worse than his average while in Miami.

I will cede that we put him in difficult spots on 3rd down but that's about it. He was good because we had AJ and DH, the best 3rd down and red zone playcalling in the league, and didn't ask him to throw as much as most starters.
