This time next week Cam Ward will be a Titan and we will be eagerly observing which guys might escape the first round and be available at pick #35.

Listening to Schefter on Get Up today it sounds like the current thinking league wide is the Titans take a QB and the Steelers take a QB then there is a massive game of chicken between the teams towards the top of the 2nd round (Browns/Giants/Raiders/Jets/Saints/Dolphins) to see if any of them jump up for QB3.

We are definitely going to have a fun few hours of conversation once round 1 wraps and we see who is left on the board for the top of round 2.

And then again after round 3 wraps.

And fuck ESPN and the NFLN you pricks can't go to a commercial before the #1 pick.

Let us old-school football guys take a moment appreciate to the fact that the Titans earned the #1 overall pick the old-fashioned way.   Not by tanking or by trading up, but by simply being

I'd hate Hunter. The Titans best position is likely CB and you don't take a WR that high. If the Titans traded down to 3 and Carter went 2 I'd rather trade down again and maybe go for someone like Mem

I hope  one of the 2nd tier QB is still there at 35. Could be a great opportunity for a trade down.

Not sure teams will see them as trade up type guys.  I think it's better if 3 or 4 go before 35., which would push some better players down some.

The ideal scenario is both the Browns and Giants stick and pick QB's at #33 and #34 respectively that would make the Titans pick at #35 the first "live" pick of night 2.

As for watching John Wayne movies, no thanks.  He sucked and was dead when I was in elementary school.

The Searchers is ok, but that’s the only thing that I find watchable from his filmography.

This would be one really underwhelming draft.
