Here's a graph for you

Impossible to say what Levis will become at this point……but a few things are undeniable:   1) He had the worst offensive coaching staff and philosophy in the league last year   2)

I heard the TicTac Titan guy comparing Levis to the opposing QBs on the schedule. Dude is off his rocker.    He said only Mahomes, Burrow, Allen and Herbert were clearly better.

I think judging him good or bad in his rookie year behind a shit Oline is unproductive. This year should be much more valuable in determining what we have in him. I saw good and bad and more good than bad last year. That's enough for me to justify drafting him where we did. This season should be the prove it year. He'll have a much improved Oline, better receivers and offense minded head coach/coordinator. What I want to see in him is consistency and the ability to make the correct reads and get the ball out quickly. I feel pretty good about his chances of being the QBOF.

Disagree to an extent because what we saw last year mirrored his college tape and scouting report.  His mechanics are sloppy so he is not as accurate on short/intermediate stuff as he should be athletically.  Likewise, he too often plays hero ball and makes bad decisions.  The standard stats don't reflect how reckless he was in terms of turnover worthy plays.  That said, we all know he was not put into a position to succeed last year and the situation around him this year should be much better.

He'll absolutely need to show he can be consistently accurate and a good decision maker in order to be a good QB/long term solution.

Bingo.  Vrabel built a super fragile team.

I think he probably blindly over worked them judging by a lot of things being done this year.... which means they were implemented before which is both shocking for a professional team but kind of unsurprising for Vrabel.

I can pretty much guarantee if the pass protection and play calling improve Levis' completion percentage will improve significantly.

All other things being equal, you put those two things on last years team and Levi's' completion % likely is a good bit higher. Add in the experience and receiver up grades and yeah, it should jump a good bit.

Josh Allen went from 52.8 to 58.8 to 69.2 his first 3 years. He's 64.5 since. 15% points to move up early in a career isn't unheard of.

Levis was at 58.4 with all the shit and low probability offense going on. 12% point improvement gets him there. I don't think Levis will make it to that this season - maybe down the road if he keeps improving - but even getting to 64% will go a long long way for us.

His mechanics looked much better in the clips they had from today but I did read Wyatt's recap saying he was off target on a couple of throws in 7 on 7's.....which is always a concern since you don't have pressure.....

Vrabel has to learn how to manage his motivational skills.  He coached the 12-5 Titans to the best record in the AFC in 2021.  Tanny got the hell beat out of him with his WRs in the hot tub.  Tannehill and the rest(D) won some hard fought battles down the stretch.  Vrabel wins HCOY.  Awesome coaching job and a year of great performances by all the players.

It isn't easy to win football games.  Vrabel is a powerful leader of men.  He'll evolve.  This was his first crack at it.

We need to hope BC can do as well.  We'll definitely look different.  Callahan faces the same challenge any HC faces.  WIN!  Win with the players you have by maximizing the abilities they have.  Tannehill played his best football ever under Vrabel.  The team bought into what Vrabes was trying to do.

Can BC get the Titans to buy into his plan 100%?  He has a very tough road ahead.  He didn't get a QB.  He has to develop Will as he's coordinating/building the future Titans.

He said Levis could be as good as Rodgers and Love, said he was clearly better than Tua and Lawrence etc....

He didn't mention Stroud and Goff and how levis compares?

He put him in the same tier as Goff right now and said a year from now he could be on Stroud's level.

I think Levis has more natural talent than many of those guys too.  But it has to be connected to good output and outcomes to be up there with some of them.  Levis looked better as a rookie than Goff, Allen, Love.  Only Mahommes and Stroud had better first years than Levis.  And none of them but Allen showed Levis cannon.

Some of the throws Levis made last year were elite level ridiculous throws and he did with a bad WR group, horrible OC and the worse OL in the league.  The fact that TN won 6 games with that roster was amazing.

Lmfao Rodgers is probably the worst comp for Levis ever. He’ll never reach Arods levels of surgical precision.

He's definitely better than Tua, so I'll give him that. He's completely boom or bust versus a better version of Mariota who is about to get 200+ million.
