Tough business the NFL how would Daniel Jones be feeling after watching this Giants offseason Hard Knocks episode showing his owner John Mara basically greenlight GM Joe Schoen to attempt to trade up and acquire his replacement.

I know these conversations go on behind closed doors all the time but it surely has to hit differently for players to actual watch these conversations taking place.

A check in on Vrabel's hand picked starting LT from last season at Packers camp.

This is like Groundhog Day. I remember the first week or so of camp last year reading everyday how Key was destroying. Dillard.

I have to say though, Andre Dillard is a perfect example of how difficult the scouting business is. He was an absolute stud in college, dominated for 3 years at LT. Was in like the 98th-99th percentile in the combine, he just blew it up. There was no reason to believe he wouldn’t be a solid tackle at the worst.

I think of what Scott Fuchs said when it comes to lineman, he said after years of coaching that he thinks nastiness & toughness trumps everything, especially technique. I think Dillard is just soft. I also think it’s a big reason they drafted Latham. He’s a dude who obviously just wants to kill people on the field. He’s so aggressive. When you pair that with such rare size & strength you have yourself something…...

Panthers doing what I would do with bringing in multiple pass rushers in for workouts. Any of the 4 would be a good depth addition to the team at this point.

Someone needs to pay the tackling dummy...

Michael Gallup, who signed a one-year contract worth as much as $3 million with the Las Vegas Raiders on April 30 and was expected to compete for the team's No. 3 receiver spot, instead retired Tuesday, the day before the Raiders' first training camp practice.

Gallup, 28, participated in OTAs and minicamp for the Raiders this offseason. A six-year NFL veteran, he caught 266 passes for 3,744 yards and 21 touchdowns with the Dallas Cowboys.

Really liked Gallup and Sutton that draft class, hate to see his career never take off and wish him the best
