Jrob would have zero say in that... that wouldnt make sense. Number9

It's kind of on management here too though. Like if you feel like you're not in the loop, whip open that Outlook calendar bad boy and start setting up invites to make sure you are. And if the employee is not using those opportunities to extend information, then put the heat on them to make sure they know that isn't good enough. The NFL executive equivalent of this crude portrayal could have been happening of course, it just seems like a weird thing to complain about as a boss and let out publicly to me. ctm
As soon as it was evident there was going to be an issue signing AJB, AAS should have been the 1st, not the last, to know. Always, always keep your boss informed immediately of any bad news. Never hide it. Jonboy, oldschool, and Number9

I don't read it that way. I imagine she made it known in subtle ways she expected Jrob to involve her more even if it was just to brief her on milestones, etc... Not unlike how a COO interacts with a CEO.
NashvilleNinja
I wonder if we'll be nearly as active making draft day trades moving forward. I would imagine the next GM will be a little less river boat gambler and a little more Vontae Mack no-matter-what. TNTitans

Not supporting either of them here necessarily, but if both our GM and our HC have been "a mess" and "so BAD" then how has the team had a winning record six years in a row? I am actually curious what you attribute our moderate success (or at the very least, lack of a complete bottoming out) to.
OzTitan
Maybe the Titans go all Colts and hire Eddie George to be the GM. XAEA12, and rns90 1

Popular Post japan
Lol on Tolar finally crawling out of the crypt to claim vindication and citing Conklin and other draft picks as the reason he was fired. He was given a 5 year extension in February so obviously Strunk had no real issues with Conklin, etc… This is all about AJ Brown and possibly dragging his feet on Simmons. Things that happened after he signed his extension. big2033, EnlightenedTitan777, NashvilleNinja, and 6 others 6 2

Just didn't expect it to start with the GM. Edited December 6, 2022 by big2033 Number9
