I have no idea what it will take to remediate it but there’s no way I’d ever want residential usage there. The clean up is gong to be huge. I can't imagine the cost on top of what they paid for the land. Whatever goes there is going to have to do extremely well to see a return on that investment. I was shocked at how barbones and poor the old stadium and presentation of the game were. Like a college stadium with a lame corporate atmosphere.
