For him to not even start practicing till 25 days after the concussion it is more than Vrabel being cautious he must of displayed some post concussion symptoms.

I read a book long time ago talking about OL and how they played games concussed.  They would just block, wouldn't even know the down.  Guys like Big Daddy Lipscomb would be beating them on the sides of the head, they couldn't hear or know where they were.  If they put some of them cats in the game today, they would probably get arrested.

I'm not talking immediately after the hit i'm talking about in the weeks following (things like headaches/nausea/light sensitivity/dizziness) which are all post concussion symptoms.

I know.

that’s usually how it goes when you get knocked unconscious.

if anyone at our gym gets their lights turned off, they don’t start training again in any capacity for 1 month. No sparring for a couple.

concussions are brain damage.  It’s usually permanent, though minor and usually no noticeable effects long term...the first time.

From then on, it just adds up.

Titans actually rushed for 218 yards and averaged 7.5 yards per carry...the Bengals game was on the defense not being able to get off the field.

Defense was atrocious, yes, but it seems the offense couldn't put it together except for one or two drives.  If memory serves, one of their later successful drives was almost all runs.  Also, they were using multiple RBs that game, right?  If they were afraid of wearing down Henry, there were other backs stepping up.

Steelers Center Mike Webster would fit that OL concussed scenario!
