Seeing Shanahan on a training camp injury list is hilarious.

I was hardcore nabors and thought Latham was trash... wanted to trade back or grab bowers even though it was high for the going price of TEs

I wanted to trade back and take fuaga or fautanu, if we had to stick and pick i wanted rome and rosengarten with our next pick. He turned out to be the 2nd or 3rd best tackle so far. I so hate the rat birds.

It’s easy to say now, after the fact, but looking back it’s nuts that BB dropped to where he did. Sure the ‘24 draft was awesome with all the QB’s & the great WR class. Joe Alt was an all time LT prospect. But still, Bowers production was just so friggin elite, and as a true freshman no less. He was the best TE his true freshman year & it wasn’t really close. I guess it was a mix of measurables & position value. But his size was the only concern & he was just a bit smaller than ideal & he was a legit 4.5 guy. And TE is a weird position value wise. It’s not considered overly important but when you get a true star like Gronk, Kittle, or Kelce it just totally transforms an offense. It’s not like say off ball LBer where a star there can have the same impact on a defense.

I'm starting to see these type acquisitions for the Titans.  The three 1st three picks season are amazing top notch.  I've been screaming about the small personnel in the Titans front office.  4, 31**, 60*.  They worked the hell out the draft.  It takes smart football guys working in areas to get those second two.  I see people concerned about Faulk.  Look at him again midseason.

*I liked both of them too, but paw changed my mind.  He said switching from RT to LT just meant he would be standing on the other side of the center.  😕

I wanted Bowers so bad in that draft, but TE isn't considered an elite need position. Alas. At least we got a LT...sorry, RT...sorry, possible RG.

As for Harrison, I think he'll be fine. It's TC. You can't expect him to catch every ball just because it hits him in his...hands.
