They also don't have very good RBs and everyone has a decade of tape on their system. Nagy has to show what he can do away from Reid.. from what I’ve read, Nagy and Borg have had lengthy discussions, I suppose about how to build an offense or build and run a team .. having been in a similar situation in my career, you reach a point where you are ready to run your own show.
