You're lucky to get 3 seasons to turn it around. No one's patient enough anymore to wait 5 years. Borg and Brinker's seat gets much hotter if the team wins 3-4 games next season. There's not pressure to win a SB now, but there is pressure to improve in year 2. I think they'll be fairly aggressive. Not as much as Carthon, but probably more than this past offseason. I think they will hit more mid level signings and not be as cheap as last year . I could see them toss a 5th or 6th rounder for a vet who can still play in a trade.
