The only reason for this i can think of is he thinks the ball is already on the way and he cant find it. Number9

It almost looks to me like he is looking for someone to block lol. There is a point in time around when the ball is above the LB that he seems like he's locating a defender to block maybe thinking his window is closed and it is going underneath him, then by chance he glances it is coming his way. He certainly doesn't snap his head back around behind him when going left like he is expecting it anymore. Probably thought the sideline was much closer than it actually was. OzTitan
In fairness I'd say Cam could have gotten it out closer to the time when he passed the right hash or just after that, wouldn't have been a TD maybe but a nice gain. The problem was the LBs inbetween, did need some time to create the space to go over them maybe.

titanruss
Looks to me like... Kinsey glances back right as he's supposed to at the earlier point in his route. Cam sees the hole deeper and it looks like he may have even pointed to it then immediately throws it. Right as Cam throws, Kinsey turns to look for space downfield to sit in (or black) rather than continuing his route upfield to the corner. I don't think he knows Cam threw the ball until he feels like he's in the hole and looks back... meanwhile the ball is in the air and he freaks out and thinks its too late to turn and take his eyes off it so he tries ... whatever that was. There seems to be a large disconnect between what the receivers are being told to do and what Cam sees. Its happened a ton. The sit vs keep running part, finding holes and getting there in a hurry kind of thing. I'd assume its on the way overrated WR coach. A guy, much like Cally, that just got handed great talent and everyone thought they knew what they were doing. Callidus

This play was 100% on Kinsey for sucking ass. The throw was money. should have been a walk in TD. It was 100% on Kinsey. Ward of course took the blame in his press conference, but also mentioned Kinsey had only run that route once before. smokeater
Starkiller
I know a lot of people don’t care for Restrepo and see no reason to play him, but at least he’d be on the same page as Ward DCTitan, titanruss, AvgJoe, and 1 other
