Yeah it sounds like Callahan left a big mess.

 

it seems like they do see the problem of having a stale and uninteresting team .  I get bored watching this team and can’t imagine how the locals feel.  
 

Saleh is the big outlier but some taking head pointed out that he has 20 yrs in the league and has access to a lot of people esp the SF branch of coaches.  It’s not like Vrabel who had a very limited amount of connections.

 

Their biggest problem is that they just produce enough big pass plays like normal teams do.  This is a passing league and most of their big plays still seem to come from runs.  Hopefully this next hire changes this.

Or maybe he never bothered with those other teams because they didn’t have QBs.

 

I’m not a big supporter of McCarthy but he does have some say in picking teams he actually wants to interview with.
