If you plan to hire Nagy, no need to cut the process short. Meet with each and every candidate to see if they knock your socks off, then settle.

 

Meaning: I don't see any reason to think they're locked into Nagy until the moment he's hired. Just too easy for people to connect dots and label it as likely.

I think McDaniel and Saleh both are still within the realm of possibility. 

 

But if I had a gun to my head, I'd bet on Saleh going to Baltimore and them opting away from McDaniel.

I've wanted McDaniels since he became available,.. but I dont think he's a Borg guy. 

 

Leaves Nagy and Stefanski for me and both of those guys need OCs.. so the interview process is bigger to account for ideas on what to run here specifically. 

 

You dont need all the ideas if McDaniels is the hire.
