Chick-fil-A actively hires within church communities and youth groups.    These kids are often nice, hardworking, honest, and willing to please. ..and White bread as fuck.    Putti

Gave the hoof up right before the turn of the century.  Almost 26 years now.  Can't have that land animal plaque clogging up my Spectrum nodes in the brain you know!  :D  I'd have to smoke twice as much weed to get that shit outta there! 🥬  Mainly plant based/Mediterranean style diet/seafood since '99.  Along with at least a mile or more walk every morning.

I can go to Bad Luck Burger in east and get a deluxe, tots, drink for the same price as a BK whopper meal. The quality of food and taste is 50x better.

Only fast food I ever do anymore is chik-fil-a when the wife is hungry and mcdonalds breakfast on rare occasions.

My burger pic might just send Abe off the top rope on all of us...

LOL.  I actually think Burger King and McDonalds both suck.  Haven't eaten at one of those places in over a decade.

Gabbys is the place to go for a great comfort burger.

As for this news, I thought thos was a known and likely development. This new streaming app for them is a big deal for them and their parent company. They are going all in on live sports streaming and in the US thar means controlling the football market which they absolutely do in both college and NFL. They've had a budding good business relationship with NFL production for a few years now.

The biggest story is actually their deal with WWE. That's a huge new market they are now major players in

Gabbys has some good fries and its a nice environment. If i want fast food-isf, Bad luck you can pull up and park at their truck and be out in under 5 min.

Might not be the food so much as it's the customer service. Chick Fil A is an anomaly in that thay way. Their customer service is phenomenal. You always see long lines there, but those lines are always moving

If you have good customer service, even if the food isn't great, you will retain customers. People aren't looking for best meal they'll ever have at a fast food place, but they would like decent service.

They hire good help and have enough help to keep things running smoothly. The other fast food joints have employees that are sullen and disengaged or they act like they hate their jobs. Of course Chik-fila discriminates against gays and is probably far right on the political spectrum, but they do know how to run a business.

I'm willing to bet those things are connected.  Two people attempting to run a Wendy's during lunch hour (true story) vs the Chick fil A staff (I counted FIVE people outside helping with just the drive-thru, I don't know how many were in the kitchen or at registers inside).

Sure, there might be some people that are more naturally gifted with "customer service," but it is how much shit each person has to deal with.  Whoever is in charge of that Wendy's is a penny-pinching dumbass and will lose their business.
