He might as well be a bonus draft pick, so I’m giving him his own thread   https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/Player/Xavier-Restrepo-WR-Miami

Brain: He's a UDFA. It's worth a shot and costs basically nothing. Probably never does anything and likely doesn't even make the 53.   HEART: STEAL OF CENTURY. WARD AND RESTREPO CANTON BOUND

Or they liked him but knew he'd go undrafted with that 40' time so why waste the pick if you don't have to.

The universe has already decided that Restrepo is a bum though. So what's the point? And by universe, I mean a certain subset of TR. And a cadre of Titans coaches who have been fired/will possibly be fired at season's end.

In semi-related news, @japan continues his trend of retarded "wtf" emoji reactions without any explanation.

I feel like it should become a board norm that if you comment a wtf emoji your are required to quote that person and attempt to clarify what confused you about what they posted.

Look I think some of you believe the Titans FO and offensive coaches are morons but they see Restropo out there every day and they know how slow he is.

Someone from the board in training camp said they saw him and he was slower than he realized and had trouble getting to the spot .

Now knowing that, would you elevate him knowing that he probably can’t get to the area/spot that he has to in a route during a game with better athletes covering him?

Win-Win scenario.

If he's too slow, let him contribute in the games we are losing anyway.

But if he somehow gets the job done in game, perhaps Cam will have some success with a receiver he's already had chemistry with for a while now.  Furthermore, if he shows some level of promise, other NFL teams might become interested in him and maybe we get a draft pick.

Or we get some new memes. Never discount the power of memes.

Yes, because we are that terrible and he has a connection with Ward. Give him a shot. There's literally no lower we can sink. We are at the bottom of the ocean. Give him some reps lol.
