And that’s fine; I have no problem with that. But that’s not what we’re seeing. What we’re seeing from the Trump administration is government strong-arming …extorting and exacting retribution against corporations with shameless and unabashed bribery, quid pro quo, and pay-to-play practices. Any conman can sell people a false bill of goods and tell people what they want to hear; in fact, that's exactly what they do...and it works. Trump spent four full years proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that he was utterly clueless about managing debt....then ran once again ran with promises to eliminate the debt. (A debt Trump had increased by 30% in his first term.) The crazy part is that 52% of Americans were stupid enough to fall for the exact same lie a second time, even after his utterly disastrous handling of the debt in his first term. And within months he championed and signed into law a bill that will once again balloon the debt by several trillion dollars....once again proving Americans were sold a false bill of goods. But I get it: buying into the lie is easier than trying to deal with a complicated question with no clear answers. So American bought the comfortable lie once again and entrusted the nation’s future to an incompetent village idiot.
