People bring up the "Callahan type" QB when discussing other QBs, and frankly I don't see Ward fitting that mold either. But I think if our scouts like Ward and he grades out as a legitimate top hal 1st round prospect then you have to seriously consider him at #2. That puts JJ with no role and Minny likely looking for a trade partner. I would put JJ ahead of any of the top prospects this year, and likely a better fit for Callahan's offense. He wasn't like Williams who everyone loved from day one. And hot take here, maye could end up being the best of the 3 guys from last year. Daniels has been the best of the bunch this season no doubt though. Also I never said ward was the same level prospect, only that he'll move up draft boards like Daniels did as the process plays out.
