You gotta test them from there on the ground on first down unless you have Tom Brady or Megatron. I can tell when a coach is in over his head and it often shows when they don’t understand their own personnel’s weaknesses.

Like the margin between good teams and below average teams in the NFL is still very small. The difference IS the head coach or just having more playmakers. We definitely don't have the playmakers and our coaching has produced too many self induced mistakes

This was different.  Last week was desperation.  This was easy, they had one timeout and the ball at the one with plenty of time.  Just run the ball.  It’s not hard to figure out.

We can say growing pains all we like but the likelihood is that we are going to be valuable experience for Callahan for when he gets his second chance as a head coach 7-8 years from now
