The 2023 Ravens were 1st in rush yards, and third in YPC. 2022? 2nd in run yards and 3rd in YPC. 3rd and 5th in 2021. 1st and 1st in 2020. 1st and 1st in 2019. 2nd in yards and 15th in YPC in 2018 (somebody's rookie year). They simply had RBBC spreading carries out until this year with the 2 down King. Sensing a pattern here....and it has little to nothing to do with Derrick Henry. Seems like his performance went down after Henry left. With Henry on the field, defenses leaned towards stopping him. Spears on the field, they leaned towards stopping the pass. Henry is gone, defenses play a bit more honest. Both years, Spears is backup and is given limited carries.
