Well signing O.B.J. and how he and Lamar are hanging out proves Ravens want their QB to change his mind as to be honest, Lamar lacked a great W.R.

I do think they've done him a disservice in the WR department. I don't know why they refused to ever go after the bigger  WRs who can catch outside their frame. You would think it would make more sense than the burners with zero catch radius all the time when your QB has accuracy issues.

It seems they went that route thinking the deep ball was his best passing weapon, but a good mix could help.

I'll say it.  WTF would anyone want to acquire and pay Lamar Jackson?  He's not come close to his 2019 season production wise and for as much grief as people give guys like Tannehill, Cousins, and Dak

Lamar got tagged on March 7th before free agency opened and didn't receive the first offer.  The calendar isn't his problem.    It's his recent performance, cost, injury history, and the fac

All NFL contracts are only about the future. Nobody gets paid for what they did last season unless the team thinks they can do it again next season.

I get that, I think of a player like Lewan. You keep him at a larger risk than a journeyman.  IMO, the NFL is a business. JQPublic is the costumer.  Maybe Jrob and Vrabel knew MM sucked. But MM was a huge fan favorite.  The NFL’s job is to sell their mdsc.

Four weeks after MM got benched, there were fans calling for them to put him back in.

Players have more value than what they will do in the future.  Arod is great, but if the Jets sign him they will sell out of everything.

Wonder why the cut off is 2020 🧐

Perhaps including Lamar's MVP season would throw off this unbiased comparison?

I'd say the actual graphic is off as Lamar is 1-1 in the playoffs since 2020.  The win vs Titans.  Loss vs Bills.  He was 0-2 in 2018/2019 and they didn't make the playoffs in 2021 and he was "injured" in 2022.

2020 probably used as 2019 is seen as the outlier year for Lamar.

But if you went back to 2019, the numbers would be close for all 3 of these guys.

14-7-6 = 27 regular season interceptions

1-3-NA= 4 playoff interceptions

1-4-2 = 7 fumbles lost

TIL - actually is +.

Edit - Woah now I’m super confused. I just saw your edit. All your equations used the subtraction symbol for addition then you hit us up with the addition symbol in your last equation. The fuck?
