The smallest seating capacity in the NFL currently is Chicago with over 61k. Nissan is currently 69k. I can’t see them building something with only 60k capacity. My point is that Jerry created 400 luxury seats in Dallas because he wants to keep that money rather than share it with the league. I suspect most new stadiums will follow suit. I don’t think it makes sense at all, personally. Why would they choose to intentionally cut seating capacity? There’s no real advantage in not having an extra 5000-10000 seats to sell.
