A filet? Sorry dude, you already lost.

Let's start ribeye. Or short ribs. Beef cheeks.

But really I'd let you cook anything just so someone else cooks for me.

Ribeye is for rookies and I’ve never cooked short ribs or beef cheeks myself.

It’s gotta be filet or tri tip. Those are what I think I’m pretty good at.

Don’t ask Tim Wakefield to enter a fastball contest...

Fair enough.

Surf 'n' Turf Filet Mignon & Jumbo Shrimp with Truffled Porcini Risotto Cake, Haricot Verts Bundle and Marsala-Veal Demiglace

When you need to cook for 75+++ and any donkey has to plate it up and look pretty.

Nailing it med-rare AND hot on the off-site reheat and out to table is the real challenge.

Of course it would, with ease!

I don't consider this evli or bad. It's no different than us eating a cheeseburger!

The difference is of course that we have concepts of good and evil and still choose to be evil. The other animals as far as we know do not have the concepts of ethics or morality.

I'm confused.  Thread starts out with an impala having a partial birth abortion.  Then morphs to a thread about cooking steaks.

I suppose it's just a reminder that despite many people's horrified reaction to that vid (Oman not among them), we eat stuff too that used to move.
