Surf 'n' Turf Filet Mignon & Jumbo Shrimp with Truffled Porcini Risotto Cake, Haricot Verts Bundle and Marsala-Veal Demiglace When you need to cook for 75+++ and any donkey has to plate it up and look pretty.
