It’s like a 5 year process at this point -

Even before the game got out of hand they play Ward from shotgun way too much. He bails and runs around way too often. He needs to play in structure way more. He needs to play from under center as much as possible, drop back in rhythm and learn to get the ball out. The run game from shotgun is even worse. The best pass catching options on the field together consist of both TEs and Dike. Once Ridley comes back they can add him in that group as well. -

He's more likely to be the Z next year than Ridley is. In fact I'd almost guarantee he is

They are clearly trying to get the crowds to start violence
-
Seeing things as they are, makes you respect McNair. He was ready to be done. With the crowd calling for O’donnel. For him to dig in and eventually be MVP with this franchise is remarkable
-
Why? He looked great out there today. Caught every pass thrown his way. He gets easy separation at the top of his stem and has speed to burn. It's a projection, but that's 2 weeks in a row he's looked good as a WR. We are short on assets so he's likely going to get a legit shot as the starter next year when we cut Ridley.

Titans postgame show stated that, in the TItans' 7 losses, they're losing by an average of 17 points. It's actually 17.285 points. 3 possession losses. Let that sink in. -

At least Dike and Helm looked good today. I know Jonathan Taylor is elite but Barton sucks against the run and Hooker's reaction against the run seems so delayed as well. With Simmons out, what did we expect? -

Elite defensive end, a legit no.1 WR, workhorse running back and a corner back. Those are the most pressing needs. Everything is needed but those need to be the priority. They've got some good accessory pieces from last draft. Dike, Helm and Ayomanor look serviceable. -

That's the case for most teams that consistently make bad hires. Gotta hope Borgonzi is the guy. Otherwise, back to square one. -

You disagree that the coaching at the end of the half and down ten was cowardice and took away the team's only chance at competing? -

Problem is the multi-year process has been restarting with every GM and HC change. -

It's a multi-year process. We were already warned. -
This team has so many holes, Borgonzi has a problem deciding which one to prioritize.
-
They had a lot of close games but the lack of any offense just killed them . This team doesn’t have many starting level players . The 94 team at least had a decent defense.
-
-
Yeah possibly but the QB was key. They lost a ton of close games that year.
-
Probably, but money talks at the end of the day - gotta sign some players (they’ll have like 150M to spend) and the overall FA class is not superb.
-
Looks like a couple got taken out thanks to ATL stinker today.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/oct/26/air-traffic-controller-shortages-shutdown US airports have reported more than 20 incidents of air traffic controller shortages on Saturday, said Sean Duffy, transportation secretary, in the latest sign of the government shutdown’s impact. A ground stop was issued by the agency at Los Angeles international airport due to the air traffic controller staffing shortages at around 11.30am ET (15.30 GMT). The restriction covered most of the southern California region and delays are likely when flights resume. By noon ET on Sunday, the agency had recorded shortfalls in air traffic controllers at six US airports. Duffy told the Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures program that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Saturday had 22 “triggers” that indicated shortages of air traffic controllers. He said that figure was “one of the highest that we’ve seen in the system” since 1 October. According to FlightAware, a flight tracking website, there were more than 5,300 US flight delays on Saturday and more than 2,500 by 12pm ET on Sunday. Since the shutdown began, delays have often been above average.

Personnel wise, the OL is the Titans best position group other than DL going forward. Pretty much everything else needs to be drastically upgraded with a couple exceptions.

Probably less chance of that happening now Bill Callahan is gone.
