Assuming there were other people there to "hike" that doesn't change what her and Vrabel were doing. The Athletic isn't extending her. They can't have her working for them anymore. I'm not suggesting we need to be able to prove it. I've made it pretty clear where I stand on this one. Jamal is taking a more wait and see approach before he makes a determination which while annoying to some, isn't the end of the world even if I disagree with him. I am however curious about what his gut says. Someone can feel they have a good idea what happened while still holding back from making a final determination. Because he used her to manipulate multiple players/agents/teams/fans/media and those would also possibly come up. The league is probably looking into it but leery of having to call the Pats out again for more cheating. Would love AAS to have more info waiting on how things went down here and what he was doing up in NE during the dye week.
