titanruss Posted April 1 Report Share Posted April 1 Titans have completely filled out the roster with 3 weeks to go until the draft. We have raised the floor everywhere outside of maybe IOL and TE. Titans can begin their offseason program on Monday the 6th of April because of the new coach hire. 2 weeks before most other teams. Thats the reason we are seeing signings now.
