If I don't agree with the pick, any contact with the player is obviously a smokescreen.   You see this argument every year.

The 4th pick in this years draft gets a fully guaranteed $49.07 million contract.   - No S in the NFL have that much fully guaranteed money on their contract - No off ball LB currently

Curious approach from Borgonzi to stay away from all the major pro days this year and forego the opportunity to spend as much time as possible with all the guys at the top of the draft. 

 

It was really noticeable the different approach from the Giants with Harbaugh today shown deep in extended conversations with Downs/Styles/Tate/Reese.

 

The only two reasons that make sense are firstly from a character standpoint he is content and satisfied none of his targets at #4 are character risks, secondly he doesn't want to tip his hand in any way due to the potential for the Cardinals to trade back should a team be convinced they have to get in front of the Titans to get a particular player they want.
