But I think we can all agree that the nickel back has become its own position similar to CB or S. So why not have a dedicated coach for it like there’s a safety’s coach? We only played big nickel last year because our CBs were all injured. Marcus Harris had the job after McCreary got traded until he had to start outside (and then he got hurt).
