Saleh stresses violence, while Vrabel lead with the importance of discipline and not making dumb mistakes. Lower is more penalties. 2023 Titans 27th Jets 32nd 2022 Titans 28th Jets 15th 2021 Titans 13th Jets 16th I left out 2024 because vrable wasn't coaching and they fired saleh a few games in. Starting next week they lock themselves in the Draft War Room for basically 2.5 weeks watching/discussing/grading the 2026 draft class ahead of the Combine. I couldn't tell how much Vrabel was just being a pufferfish to squash criticisms of him being a shit defensive coordinator and how much it was him just being a complete douchebag.
