If they're prioritizing a slot WR I hope he's pretty special athletically. He soaks up a ton of balls, looks like a decent amount were on manufactured touches though. 1014 yards on 92 catches with 140 targets. A little over 11 yards per catch. Adot 8.5 yards. Average of 4.2 yac per catch. Only a 2.9% drop rate last year so thats good. Only 39 first downs on 92 catches is a bit concerning. Not really a chain mover if you need 2.5 catches per first down. Looks like a guy whos job it is to make sure you are in 3rd and manageable. Really is a weird free agent WR class. Even as tempting as someone like Pierce is I'm not sure he'd be worth the cost. I was kind of hoping the Colts signed him so Pittman might hit the market.
