Im not the biggest fan of Reese or Bailey for that matter, but they certainly both have pass rushing chops. I don't think he screams bust, but it is hard to feel omega confident about him with his role at OSU and sudden emergence. EDGE is a space where there seems to be a lot of guys that a quality player might be there in the 2nd/3rd. The only thing I feel confident at this point is that the Titans want to trade down.
