Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price.

They likely want to get in front of the Titans for Bailey or Reese.

What's funny is the Chiefs GM was talking about thinking there would be a lot of trades in the 1st round this year to Rich Eisen. I think that was a foreshadowing.

Seems like better  than 50% odds ARI will trade the pick. I think they want to trade down to grab the OT. Then they will look to use the extra capital to move back into round 1 for Ty Simpson.

I’ll be honest, taking Styles straight up at 4 would be the most um…uninspiring choice out of all the realistic choices.

It’s not even that he’s an off ball LB. It’s that Saleh has proven he can coach up that position.  And that you can acquire these guys at a lower cost.

I’d prefer for one of the edge guys to drop (50/50 shot at best), trade down, take offensive playmaker , trade up one spot w/Arz to acquire whichever edge rusher jets don’t pick .

Proven he can coach the position? How you think he's gonna go from prospect to Fred Warner? Coaches don't make players. They help unlock the potential. Saleh can't "make a player" and no coach can

People thought I was crazy when I said to keep an eye on this a couple of weeks ago when the Chiefs unexpectedly brought in Arvell Reese in for a visit.

There was also that Andy Reid interview with the NFLN where he said they wanted to take full advantage of picking this high because they don't expect to be doing it again anytime soon which also set off some flashing lights for me.

I would also keep an eye on the Saints should it be Reese that makes it through to pick #3.

It is pretty clear that Ossenfort wants his RT to protect his QBOTF which is coming either this year or next and his preference is not to have to draft that RT at #3.
