Cam is not some weak little bitch whose career will be ruined because people in the media compare him to Sanders. He also won't be ruined by this season; if he is, he was an imposter all along.

Simmons now back to leading all IDL in sacks with 8 and this is even though he has played 2.5 games less than the other top IDL due to that hamstring strain early in the Patriots game.   Sim

And the moron posters come out lol

If they win a few more games in this manner, then I'll be pissed.  But with 2 wins, they still have a good shot at #1.  It was much more out of reach at this point last year.

Makes no sense at all. So you're cool with winning this meaningless game, but will be pissed if we win a few more meaningless games? Lol say what.

That’s what this game was about .  And really none of us can control this AND we don’t need a qb so I just enjoyed it and wasn’t miserable.

Heck I even switched away to watch the end of BAL v PIT

Exact same here. Didn't find a reason to turn it off and it lead to me catching other games for the first time in a few weeks instead of completely tuning out.

I'm not mad they won, just disappointed.

They dont want to go 1-16 though. Also having the 1st pick is not only the avenue to acquiring more top 100 picks. You're looking at this too simplistically. Even if we end up with the 2nd or 3rd pick in the draft, that means we have the 34th or 35th pick in the draft which we know is highly valuable going into day 2 of the draft and would likely net an additional top 100 pick in a possible trade down

If they lose out, they would have no worse than the 33rd pick.  1st pick of the second.  Plus the 1st pick in the 4th.

Yes but the drop back from 1 to 2-4 would be worth 5 times as much as a drop from 33 to 50.  Sure there is a chance someone will trade for whatever pick we get if its not 1 but its far less likely and the price will be half of what the qb ransom pick goes for if traded.

If he's "Oldschool" he'd be just as frustrated as I am. This win was basically a loss. I'll always be an Oilers/Titans fan forever,  but damn losing draft capital in this win today makes no sense from a future standpoint.

Even if the browns didnt get their free td and the almost tying td this win would have been pretty lack luster.

The only real positive take away from the game was the run game and we in all likelihood cut pollard after this year and replace 2/5 of the line lol.

Exactly.  Pollard was the only player who won offensively,  yet won't be around for us next year. So no momentum gained.

We'll fall flat next Sunday against the 49ers and this win will be a thing of the past.
