Tier 1 college programs have had elite facilities and training for a decade or more, so unless they were skipping more than leg day, I’ve grown skeptical about the big bump physically between rookies and second year players. Chig is such a polarizing player, imo. The guy is probably the best YAC player on the team, but he disappears in lonnng stretches, and is a liability as a blocker. Accounting for Ridley’s stone hands, the Titans don’t have any players as explosive to flip the field on offense, so I’m inclined towards keeping him just so Ward has someone who can make chunk plays, from relatively short throws. Agreed you could even argue if Oweh plays better after the Ravens bye when others return around him they could of gotten more via a comp pick had he been available to every team in FA this offseason. All it takes is a game like the cardinal game to bring new energy and spark to a team we’ve seen it numerous times when we had young and Mariota, making playoff runs. Raiders can be beaten we win that suddenly we’re 2-4 we can beat New England, they’re not some world beaters, don’t look to much into division games in the afc east, even when the pats were destroying teams they always were played hard by the bills jets and dolphins.
