There's no one on staff that is an obvious upgrade and firing him doesn't improve the roster. He's just taking one for the team so Amy doesn't have to pay more coaches than she already is. He just doesn't have a pass rushing skill set. I saw it on his college tape. It'll be a few years until he's a factor in that area. That's why I said his upside is Derrick Morgan.
