This hurts But you aren't replacing Henry with a guy as durable, no matter who you get. And they didn't replace Henry with Spears, they signed Pollard when Henry left to pair with Spears. Certainly not as big of a problem as basically everything else. I really like Spears' game when he's healthy. I rarely like Spears' game. Which sucks. I like Pollard well enough but I wouldn't want to try and rely on him as a high volume guy. The move to RBBC and (in theory) a real passing game means it's generally gonna be ok almost no matter what but it's a mental transition towards almost not caring about that position (if all goes well) and I'm not there yet.
