Tldr: i wish he was still around. Munchak coached the same group for the most part every year. Callahan had to come in and implement a new scheme. I'll give you that it is called DEI, but on the NFL's website, it says nothing about forcing teams to hire minorities. It says they must interview at least 2 minority candidates for head coach, GM, and executive positions. Teams are rewarded for developing minority talent, but nowhere on the official Rooney Rule page on the NFLs website does it say teams MUST hire minority candidates. Interview? Yes......Hire?
