So many of those throws are next level that a lot of QBs never try. Caleb Williams as a good example. He doesn't make half those throws because he is bailing, and he's extremely talented at that, but there's a ceiling on playing street ball out there. Cam has the ability to do both if he gets in a bit better shape and can break some of those arm sacks. What I loved to see, and why I said immediately he was the pick, is he does the processing in the pocket...but when he scrambled he is going horizontal looking for plays down the field, which is how the position is played.
