if you think Ward and Sanders are worth a 1st round grade, you basically have to pull the trigger. All this top 10 or top 15 prospect, blah blah is draft nerd blabber.

Sure take the majorly flawed QB prospect in the top 5 and see how that works out for you (hint just like what happened with Levis and you are drafting another QB in 2 years time).

something we might actually win!

If you love Sanders or Ward, take them. If not, trade down to 2 or 3 and still get Carter or Hunter.

If they go into the draft with a top 3 pick...needing a QB...and don't take one...and one of the QBs they pass on turns into a stud, Amy is going to skin everyone in the building alive. Taking a swing

You have to take your shot if you believe they are, and you better be right either way.

I have been saying for months that I expect Carthon would take Sanders given the opportunity doesn't mean I agree with it but that is what I think would happen.

Majorly flawed? I said if they grade out as 1st rounders. You put too much stock in Dane Brugler....

I’m with you on this one. The position is so volatile from a scouting perspective that you gotta gamble on first round QB talent when you have the chance.

These guys aren’t Levis. They have a chance to be good.

He has to. I'm not sure if Shedeur will be a franchise guy. I do know he had a much much better college career than Will Levis had. I know he has had the best QB trainers. I'm pretty sure he has worked with Tom Brady alot. That doesn't mean he is a lock to be a franchise QB, but it counts for something.

Edit: He's also shown all of the traits that say he could be a franchise guy with the proper development.

Dane Brugler is by no means the only media draft analyst who thinks this is a terrible QB draft class.

You just have to watch the way Sanders holds onto the ball far too long looking for the perfect play to open up to know he is going to have issues in the NFL against better quality EDGE rushers.

Regarding Ward he has that reckless trait inside him that leads to some of the most boneheaded plays imaginable.

I think they’ll be fired if they draft one and he and the team still look bad. It won’t save them.

Depends on what you call bad. 3 wins......hell yeah everyone is gone. 6 wins with some close loses to good teams?? I think they stay. Especially if the rookie improves throughout the season.

I'm not a Sanders fan but ward catches too much flak for his hero ball mistakes. He has lots elite traits to offset if a team thinks they can curtail the bad shit. That's very different than drafting a guy like Richardson or Levis.

You think AAS is going to be patient in the event the team has a 4th consecutive losing season in 2025, especially when she has just watched a team in the Commanders turn the second worst record in the league last year into potentially 12 wins (already have 11) and a playoff spot this year.
