Take out Cam Ward. It was a terrible draft otherwise. Dumpster fire. This team of decision makers is not good. But, who cares? They drafted Cam Ward. That's all that really matters. Where would the Chiefs be without Mahomes, or the Eagles without Hurts, or Bills without Allen, and so forth? Titans got the QB, and that is all that matters. The rest is fodder.

Titans gonna Titan, even with the new GM. Hey, at least they got the #1 pick right.

Get hyped! I am pretty sure the whole organization is hyped and cannot wait to get him in the building.

Sucking is equally unacceptable with either a rookie or veteran. Sucking is not the goal. The goal is to win the SB. You identify a QB, a rookie or a veteran who is worthy to be hired to compete for superbowl on a four year contract. And you roll with it, good or bad, equally be it rookie or a vet. But some QBs like Levis who were not good quarterbacks coming into the league and are projects are not worthy of being drafted to compete for superbowl. They are projects.

I only look at the last season. I don't take into account previous seasons. Howard's most concerning thing is 10 picks in 427 attempts. That's not disastrous but it is a reason for a raised eyebrow. Shedeur had 10 in 477 attempts. Ward 7 in 454. Much better. (1 in 65 attempts). Better decision making.

He can scoot too. Watch his highlights. And he is 6-4 I think.

I tracked QBs over the course of college season and for me he was always bouncing between Rd2 and Rd1. He dipped down really badly in the Michigan game, but bounced right back into Rd1/2 grade with Ward, Klubnik, Allar, Rourke. And then he finished strong when it mattered in the 4 playoff games, whatever it was. And won the championship. (still his decision making is iffy but not disastrous. Akin to early Wentz.) I want to mention that Cam Ward had some similar decision making issues early in the season and that narrative still persists for some reason that he is careless with the ball., Ward really cleaned it up and finished the season strong in that department. That's admirable considering that it was a new program for him and he adjusted and improved on the fly. If more games were played in the season, Ward was on his way to being ellite in that department.

It does not surprise me. Dart is similar to Shedeur. Takes a lot of sacks and does not have any elite physical tratis, they are very similar quarterbacks.

I am starting to consider Will Howard over Cam Ward at 1. Production is similar, Howard is bigger, and a national champ. I think that is deserving of #1 overall pick.

Titans are not taking Abdul Carter nor anyone else but Cam Ward at #1, in spite of all the bs we will hear until the selection. Borgonzi did not sign up for the job to draft Abdul Carter at #1 overall.
