No, but he adds a presence of toughness to a team with SB aspirations that sorely lacks it. Put him in a Leggarette Blount role and let him be a leader. The guy commands respect from not only his stature, but his work ethic and training room regiment, to his pedigree at every level.

The joke Oman wants to run with is fine and well, but that guy as just a player is one of the most highly regarded in the NFL.

I get it. And he certainly couldn't hurt them. But I just don't think he alone could turn the mental makeup of that team around so that if they get punched in the face they keep on fighting. That tends to be a character trait not a skill to be learned so to speak.

They are also broke so idk if it even matters.

They were the team that got very close to agreeing a deal with the Titans to trade for Henry at the trade deadline.

Says who? You really need to stop believing everything you see on Twitter....

Henry himself on Bussin with the Boys said he was incredibly close to being traded to the point he thought it was going to happen until someone at the Titans vetoed it, he also confirmed there was 2 AFC teams in the running one of which was widely reported to be the Ravens.

Come on seriously?

Well they have to do something because with all of that speed they're paper tigers without a leader.

Information is valuable. Just because a lot of what we hear is BS doesn't mean we shouldn't listen to it. I would argue that first-hand info coming straight from the player's mouth is pretty reliable in most instances, especially in the context of Henry, who had no motive to lie about it.

I'm not saying he's lying, just repeating what he heard.

No one in the Titans organization would lie to him like that. He was the face of the franchise and the most respected player on the team. Why would they lie to him?

So…

no matter what anyone says, even Henry himself, you don’t believe it because people be lying?

and it doesn’t fit the narrative you  postulated?

you think they told him they were about to trade him but that AAS vetoed it? Seriously? I can't believe how gullible some of you are. any discussion on that is coming directly from his agent and we know agents lie and stretch the truth all day every day. Even so lets say the Ravens wanted a rental last year. That doesn't in anyway mean they are more likely to sign him in the offseason where they have to pay his salary for the entire year.
