Are you really saying draft a at best RT at #7?

I'm in the left vs right is not that big of a difference camp. Left is still more important because it's his blind side but otherwise they are actively the same minus the muscle memory being backwards.

Fuaga imo is just as good as any other tackle in the draft. I just think he fits better on the right side which to me means next to nothing but to the team? Idk.

I still take alt over him because it helps out will more but if they went fuaga I wouldn't in the slightest be upset.

As we get further into seeing this year's combine freaks, I'd like to give an annual reminder of Calvin Johnson's pre-draft numbers.   6'5" 239 lbs 4.35 40 42.5" vertical 11'7

This board has become unreadable the last couple of weeks.

We should all take a moment to thank Brock Bowers for not blowing up the combine so we can continue to discuss it.

There are questions whether fuaga can handle NFL speed which is why he's slated to be a RT and some even have him moving inside to OG. All the proof you need LT is more important.

I haven't heard the speed concerns. I have heard his arm length but it's good enough.

And let me reword what I said.

I think left and right tackle are interchangeable in the modern NFL HOWEVER, whatever the QBs blind side is, is the more important.

Which is why alt is still my number one by far. I'm not a huge fan of olu and after those 3 I feel it's a massive dropoff. Which is why if alt isn't there and they took fuaga I wouldn't be upset, as long as he still plays tackle. If they take another guard I would lose my fucking mind. I just like fuaga that much more than olu that it offsets the RT vs LT difference for me.

Edit: I also rather have a WR than anyone but alt if they don't trade back but it wasn't the question.

Mike Herndon said on the show this week that the biggest correlation combine stats for WRs is hand size, 10 yard splits, and I think arm length?

Will be interesting to see how some of these guys do. I’m interested in how tall Pearsell actually and how quick Johnny Wilson, Tez Walker, and Keon Coleman are.

They absolutely aren't interchangeable. some teams value RT more but thats not the same thing.
