NFL econ 101....   If at all possible, draft the expensive positions, sign the cheap ones in free agency.  Not the opposite.

Brock Bowers does not get frostbite. Brock Bowers bites frost   Brock Bowers doesn't do push ups, he pushes the Earth down   Death once had a near-Brock Bowers experience.

@TitansGuru will have to take donations for the space needed for this

So much of what the Titans do at 7 depends on Bill Callahan.  If he gives Ran a list of OL that he says he can make into the LT of the future and a couple are projected mid first then that creates a trade down scenario unless one of the WR's is still available.  There's just no way we or anyone outside the top of the organization can know that.

What I do know is that this team has a lot of holes and this years rounds 5 through 7 may be the worst ever due to NIL money and the number of players staying in school that normally would be entering the draft.  That means the best available talent is in this years  top 4 rounds or in next years draft.  To me that means trading down from 7 and 38 might make sense.  It just depends on who's still available when those draft slots are being picked.

This is complete nonsense.  The Pats were fueled by their HOF QB and so are the Chiefs.  Not to mention both teams had one of the greatest HC's of all time with a good to solid defense most of the time.  Brady went to a new team and fueled them to a championship with a couple of really good WR's.

The modern offense is fueled by the QB, not the WR's or the TE's.  Guys like Manning, Brees and Rodgers didn't have HOF TE's they had scrubs most of the time.  So did older guys like Favre.  You can also look at teams that won a championship or two and who were super bowl contenders for many years like the Russell Wilson Seahawks, the Big Ben Steelers, and the Eli Giants.  They didn't have shit at TE either.

Lol stop.

Take manning off that.

He had Dallas Clark. And a 1st rounder at each skill position.  You're pretty off base with this post in general.

Money is the root of great college football teams.

Top 2 QBs. Jayden Daniels is a bust. Williams and Maye have upside.

The thing that scares you about Daniels is that he uses his legs as a weapon, but he's too small. It's hard to imagine a world where he's able to replicate that in the NFL and remain healthy.

It’s such a deep draft for playmaker wide receivers!

Exactly why you pick the BPA: Mahomes. We probably didn't even scout the mofo which is hilarious considering the hate the Chiefs got when they took him despite the other "needs" on the team.

Listen guys. There very well might be a Pat Mahomes in this draft. Idk. What I do know is that the Titans cannot afford to watch players after their pick turn into household names if they ever want a championship.

We will only win if we can beat Mahomes. Won't do it with defense. Won't do it with more time in the pocket. We need stars that can put up points in cold weather. That's the bottom line. I'm looking for big hands, speed and toughness. I'm looking for attitudes and guys who think they're the best to ever step on the field.
