It's a mob tactic, and it's amazing how easily the Republicans have acquiesced to being run by a NY elite silver spoon idiot. It makes sense because of their base, but damn these people have such a lack of testicular fortitude that it's wild to watch, especially given their need for maximum exposure as alphas. There’s only one or two that have actually turned against him. A few have complained but it’s always hedged with “I agree with him with some issues but not here” stance. Unless representatives are elected by proportional votes, there will never by a viable third party. All additional parties can do is win some fringe election in a district or two, or cause run-offs.
