Now Ted Cruz has just recently come out in favor of overturning it. This is just one more example of the republican taliban trying to take away established rights. When Thomas mentioned these other cases when the Dobbs decisions was announced, it was almost as if he was inviting other plantiffs to appeal decisions that would allow him and the court to overturn them. Most of them agree that overturning Roe v Wade removed the linchpin used to guarantee rights not explicitly outlined in the Constitution and even the conservative ones think its a troublesome precedent which undermines/damages the integrity of the court.
