ARE YOU NUTS? Kearse in 1999 was a huge question mark and that is why he went so low. He was a LB at Fla not a DE. Bain and Bailey are better prospects than Carter was last yr. Im not sure who you guys are listening to but this edge class might be one of the best ever. Bailey's pressure is historically good. No one in the 1999 class came close. Bain power and bend has scouts talking Reggie White Stregnth. His postion coach at Miami is a HOF and he says he has never played with or against a guy as strong as Bain in his career. So color me shocked that you think these guys suck. In fact, in 1999 Kearse had all the questions being leveled at Reese now. Kearse body type is way better than Reese was. Kearse production at Fla was pretty mediocre. I like edge guys in this class into 4 and 5. That rarely happens. the Kid Kreiger (Wisc) I think is going to be KVB 2.0. I love the guy. But he is a day 2 or three guy. If we went Love or Tate I would jump on Krieger at 35. That is how much I like him.

Oliver will probably stick due to special teams alone, regardless of what he might finally contribute as a WR. Osborn hasn’t done anything productive in years but he could be a backup slot with a really strong camp.

Defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton also met with Bailey's teammate defensive end Terrell Tilmon, per a team source. He also spent a lot of time with interior defensive lineman Lee Hunter at the combine in February. Hunter and Timon are more likely to be selected on the final two days of the draft.

We have a full roster now and upgraded AND added depth at every position except interior OL and maybe maybe maybe TE... but the depth at those is still better. Really hope we use the Levis trade to get something more than expected
