Mercalius
Seems to be some conflicts on Williams
Mercalius
Apparently McShay had him at 4.53. So it's probably safe to say he's closer to 4.5 speed than 4.6 Mythos27

AussieTitanFan08
both JRob and Mularkey on hand, have to think Mike Williams is the main reason they are there.
Jonboy
If he actually ran a 4.49 then he's a top 10 lock, imo. Do they do "official" times at Pro Days? And then there's this...
Mercalius
Just now, Jonboy said: If he actually ran a 4.49 then he's a top 10 lock, imo. Traditionally they're always a few hundredths faster at their pro days than they would be at the Combine but that's still good for him, and us DJB

Clemson has enough prospects that it makes sense to send the A team, especially since the first wave of FA is over. Starkiller

Do they do "official" times at Pro Days? Jeremiah was saying the other day that each team use the stop watch time from their own attending scout in their scouting reports not the onsite official time. Jonboy
I would guess he's probably right in the 4.55 range. So not great but not terrible. Dez was 4.52 and Fitz was 4.63. I think the most important thing on Williams - at least from a Titans perspective - is how do his routes look? Are they crisp? He didn't have to run a full route tree at Clemson. If he looks good doing that then he's absolutely in play for us. OILERMAN, Justafan, StephenIsLegend, and 1 other
TeamRamrod
Probably closer to 4.6 Don't think that's a bad time for him.
SleepingTitan
Looks pretty slow for a wide receiver, but he looks faster in pads. I wish they made them do this suited up on grass. I was the fastest kid at my elementary school barefoot. With shoes I dropped considerably.

TeamRamrod
He plays bully ball. More Allen Robinson than Laquan Treadwell. I think a 4.6 is a fine time for him. The real questions are the route running and if he has it between the ears. Things I trust JRob to evaluate. At this point, I'm fine with either Williams or Davis.
