MUCH better that most of the crap out there. I really liked how they argued about Ridley.

Most of these guys I saw are experienced high level franchise coaches. One thing that really's prominent is the hiring and hiring juxtaposition within this coaching group. Several teams have new HC/OC or HC/DC that are very interchangeable. It's not just Bradley and Saleh, there's a lot of them. Once you get in within a system, you do your job and you always have work. I'll give it up for Strunk, she's opening up the checkbook for this staff. Obviously driven by the short amount of time left before the stadium opens (and looking so bad to the national media for firing Vrabel) but I'll take it any way I can get it... rns90
Any chance Kingsbury comes here as our PGC or Hardagee? That seems to be the last of the big hires that Saleh needs to make aside from DL coach?

Would think they will hire a PGC - but I really wonder if Kingsbury would be willing to play second fiddle on offense like that. Curious to see where Hardegree lands. rns90

Maybe the qb coach might be it, just in terms guys that are on staff now

I don't think Jordan or Lewis are OC-potential material.

It took Art Smith 8 seasons as a coach before he become OC. I would expect something similar for Stocker (he is only in year 4), though working under a good offensive mind like Daboll may help further his development more quickly. rns90, Starkiller, and tgo
Justafan
It's possible that they'll bring in another senior assistant similar to what Mike McCoy did this season who could serve as the OC in waiting too. Fully expect they have someone on staff they will develop for that (hopefully) inevitable eventuality.
